Six Hand Painted Snack Plates
The colors are excellent on these six Japanese hand-painted snack plates. The measure 7.5 inches in diameter. There are no cracks or chips on these plates, which were probably made in the 1960s or 1970s. Running one's finger along the plate, one can feel the orange paint. The green trim and green leaf accent make for a colorful but simple look. On a few of the plates, there are white spots where is paint has worn off the green trim. The weight is 3 pounds, 12 ounces for all six plates.
