California Pottery Vintage Avocado Green Soup Tureen #745
Avocado green California Pottery #745 soup tureen. Stands 8.5 inches with the lid. Has handles. Measures about 11 inches from handle to handle. The lid's knob are red strawberries. The inside width of the bowl is about 7 inches and it is 4 inches deep. The base is 7 inches by 5.5 inches. Some light crazing due to age. The outside rim was chipped and glued and has width of about half an inch, but it's shallow and difficult to see unless you look very closely. This is a great piece, and it would be ideal for soups or sauces. Would not put in dishwasher, microwave or oven. More of a decorative piece that can be put into use on special occasions.Does not come with a spoon or ladle. This piece weighs 3 pounds, 12 ounces.
