Paul Detlefsen's "Old River Days" Framed Print
Nice and old, Paul Detlefsen "Old River Days" print. Under glass, Wooden pine frame with gilded trim. A couple of boys fishing in the river with the riverboat Cary Wayne floating past. Little bit of gold paint missing, some damage to the back of the picture, where the paper has been ripped. Needs an attachment to make it hang. Has an old look to it. Detlefsen was a well-known American artist who painted Hollywood scenery, after having studied at the Art Institute of Chicago. Like Norman Rockwell, his work depicts an older, simpler, often rural scene. This picture weighs 2 pounds, 1 ounce.
