Very nice wall hanging plate with porcelain Colonial boy attached, bone china lace. Made by Royal in Japan. Hand painted. Minor condition issue: right tip of gold bow tie small chip. See pictures. White with gold and green accents. Measures 6 inches around. Weighs 10 ounces.
