Vintage ceramic hand painted nurse music box. This was made by Schmid, Scotland. The mechanical piece was made in Japan. Plays "A Spoonful of Sugar (Makes the Medicine Go Down)". No chips or cracks. Plays the song while revolving. Would make a nice gift. Cute & sweet. Stands 7.5 inches high and the base measures 4 inches around. This music box weighs 9 ounces.
