Will not hold water, not meant for real flowers. No country of origin or maker's identification. Nice shape. Contains green foam for inserting artificial flowers. This is 9 inches wide. Has been used. Only a few small spots on the outside of the boot. This object weighs 1 pound, 5 ounces.
