Framed Vintage Sushi Identification Board
This sushi identification board came from a local Japanese restaurant. Black, white and red lettering. There are 25 different types of sushi on the board. This is under plastic cover and has a wooden frame. Frame is in great condition. The board, which is made of paper, has been slightly crinkled in the upper right corner. Sushi names are in both Japanese and English. Outside measurements are 35 inches wide and 23 inches tall. Learn how to tell a squidefish from a horse clam. This piece weighs 6 pounds, 2 ounces.
