Bronze, antique finish vintage adjustable scale pencil sharpener. Height is about 2.5 inches and width is about 3 inches. Made in Hong Kong of die cast metal. No box. Two pieces, scale and wheel. Wheel moves along the rod on the scale. Rod pivots. As scale is pressed down, rod rises on scale. This item weighs 2 ounces.
