Glass cone with clock face painted on the outside: XII, III, VI, IX. Works very well, keeping very good time. Do not over-wind. Skeleton clock sits on a plinth base. Three base buttons raise or lower. Clock dings once on the hour. Includes bell, pendulum. Marked Hermle front and back. No jewels. Stands 14.5 inches high and measures 7.25 inches around the wooden base. With glass cone on, bell sounds more like glasses clinking. With cone off, a single, sharp ding of the bell. Franz Hermle began clock making in 1922 in the Black Forest of Germany. This clock weighs 4 pounds, 9 ounces.
This item is only available in the United States. Packing will be thorough and professional, but can not guarantee clock will arrive in perfect condition and may need at least minor adjustments. Though clock is in excellent condition as sold, the nature of mechanical devices can be delicate. For this reason, I can not accept a return or refund on this item.
